Tips on how to take your collagen powder

The powder is odorless and tasteless, for most, so this is a good option if you struggle with the other 2 options above

Simply mix in the powder to your orange juice or any other and drink, the powder is easily dissolved after mixing and this is a good option if you are on the go

  1. Adding the powder to cereals or porridge

Another option is to add the powder to your meal, it will mix in easily and will not alter the flavour of the meal.
